• Some stalls have dutch doors on the back
• 24 x12 heated/ac tack room with washer/dryer, refrigerator and bathroom
• Feed room
• Indoor heated wash stall with hot & cold water and heat lamp
• 3 large grass pastures.
• Individual or group turnout.
• All wood fencing
• 220' x 110' lighted outdoor sand arena.
• Bluestone dust base with sand
